Tumor of immature myeloid cells that occur in bones or extramedullary locations, may mimick non-Hodgkin lymphoma
On low and medium power the blasts may mimic lymphoid cells
Other granulocytic cells (PMN’s and eos) will also be present
Do flow or IHC
